Kim R. This is one of my favorites I’ve tried of PB soaps. The earthy, patchouli scent is very mild and in no way overwhelming. I don’t like a messy shower but the slightly red hued suds didn’t bother me one bit. The soap has a beautifully creamy lather, like almost all the soaps I’ve tried so far from PB. I love this soap and would repurchase, definitely.

Heidi I love this soap. The scent is so grounding and there’s something about using red clay that makes me really feel connected to the earth. Brings me back to the Arizona desert.

I'm sorry to hear this soap didn't work well for you. It does contain natural red earth clay which will be visible if not rinsed down. Clay has a drawing effect which may have contributed to the dryness you felt. If you are looking for a very moisturizing soap I would recommend the rosehip or calendula bars.
