US Shipping

All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping methods.

International orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive; payment of duties and taxes may be required.

We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system. 

Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $65, before tax and after discount. 

Shipping carriers

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS.

Orders to Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, PO box, APO/FPO are shipped using USPS.

International Shipping

International orders (outside the US) placed through are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.

We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range between 20-50% of the total cost of goods. If duties occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. Plum Brilliance is not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays.

If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.

International Shipping Speed + Payment

International orders placed through are typically processed in 1-2 business days. 

Once shipped, international orders can take up to four weeks to arrive since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, Plum Brilliance Apothecary is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.

Due to customs regulations and restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey.

We are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system. 

Payment will be processed in the most current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
