• Contrary to popular belief, salt, in fact, real salt, is a necessary ingredient for hydration to move from the outside of our cell membrane to the inside of our cells where the water then fuels cell function. Sea salt is full of minerals like sulfur, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.  Magnesium aids in the improvement of skin texture and health. It has also shown great results for skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema.
