How to Use: add 1/2 cup of bath salts to warm running water. Soak for at least 15 minutes allowing the herbs and salts to help relax and restore your body, mind, and spirit. Follow your bath with a large glass of water to rehydrate.

Himalayan Pink Salts: Detoxifying and mineral-rich, Himalayan Salt makes a perfect base for a salt bath. It contains numerous minerals including Magnesium, Selenium, Zinc, and Iron.
Epsom salt: The combination of magnesium and sulfate stimulates detoxification pathways. Skin-soothing and softening. Magnesium may ease pain/soreness and reduce inflammation.
Rose: One of the best-loved plants for the heart. Rose can allow movement of energy through the heart acting as a soother to the body and spirit. As a thorned plant, rose can help establish healthy boundaries.
