Directions: Add 1/2 cup to the water while filling your bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the salts and herbs to work their magic. Breathe deeply and relax. Drink a large glass of water to replenish your fluids after you've finished your bath.

Himalayan Pink Salts: Detoxifying and mineral-rich, Himalayan Salt makes a perfect base for a salt bath. It contains numerous minerals including Magnesium, Selenium, Zinc, and Iron.
Epsom salt: The combination of magnesium and sulfate stimulates detoxification pathways. Skin-soothing and softening. Magnesium may ease pain/soreness and reduce inflammation.
Charcoal: naturally detoxifying, charcoal can help pull impurities from the body aiding in lymphatic movement and all over detox.
