Ideally we protect our skin from damaging sun exposure, but for those times when that didn't happen I created this body cream. Loaded with my favorite plant allies to help calm, soothe and expedite the healing process.

Horsetail: high in silica, a foundation for collagen production, this herb helps skin regenerate and heal rapidly.
Comfrey: Greatly improves cellular regeneration and the bodys ability to heal. Allantoin boosts the growth of new skin cells, while rosmarinic acid helps relieve pain and inflammation.
Calendula: promotes healing and is one of the best soothers for irritated skin
Aloe Vera: the "burn plant", offers pain relief and aids in healing
Self Heal: as the name suggests, great for aiding in the healing process
Licorice Root: soothes and hydrates skin, can help alleviate discomforts from sunburn
Red Root: a lymphatic, astringent herb. Helps tighten and tone inflamed, puffy tissue
